Where in the world are you so we can hopefully suggest a list of components and prices that are local to you.

I have not included a video card in your list of parts as again colleague iammyky has more knowledge on the best card for your needs, here is one that I considered adding http://www.amazon.co.../?tag=pcpapi-20
Do you have any of the following that you will be using mouse, keyboard, screen or an operating system such as Windows 7 or a free Linux alternative.

at the below link you will find the system specs required for Adobe software you selected .
You can download trail version, and buy later. If you or a family member are a student (you have to provide proof) There are substantiated savings. You can get just the elements you want or as part of a suite.

A starter list for you to look over http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8TZm things to consider changing would be the CPU to Ivy Bridge/Hyper Threading and increasing the Ram to 16GB iammyky is wise in this particular area, same with the software suggestions.

Did you read my post #6 or check the list that I put together for you!I will be needing everything!!

The CPU you have selected is not HyperThreading which will restrict the 3D and video work you wish to do.
The Z68 platform MB you list has been superseded by the Z77 platform that I suggested.
Your proposed HDD is inferior to the one that I suggested (only 32mb of cache as opposed to 64mb) yet it is more expensive.
The case that you have chosen costs more than your selected CPU which is a massive no no.
Please do not see this as any form of criticism as none is intended but a comment or questions on the list/s that we put together for you would have been more appropriate than no acknowledgment to the replies of iammyky and myself

Our aim is to help you get the best possible build for your budget and that is why iammyky is better placed to advise you on the video card and software as he has an in depth knowledge on them and I do not, if you wanted a gaming rig it would be far easier, the type of card normally used for your requirements is a work station type such as http://www.amazon.co.../?tag=pcpapi-20 they come a lot more expensive than this but these type of card are extremely powerful graphic wise.

Again I still am barely understanding the reason why im going this direction for the build. Is there anymore info you can provide me why this is the best build for what I need.

I will provide you with an updated list shortly, if you do not intend making a business out of your 3D and video work then a high end video card such as a GeForce GTX 670 will do you.
Here you go http://pcpartpicker.com/p/96Ra
The CPU is more expensive @ Newegg but there is combo deal on at the moment $299.99 for the CPU and a BR burner.
