Ok that looks good I would now like for you to start a new thread in the virus removal forum because this machine came from someone else who knows what may be lurking on that machine.
But please run the microsoft security essentials removal tool.
After you run the tool reboot and check your add remove programs to make sure that it is gone.
I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here'
