Ok, so did you run the RAM tests that were suggested in post #2?
In post #6 you said you didn't get around to it. You really need to run the test because:

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: 8eab3020, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: b6000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 00000181, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

That is hardware.

OK, that's good.
In post #33 rshaffer61 gave you a link to hard disk utilities.
Please choose the utility for your hard drive and test it.

I have a feeling that it might be your CPU. But I am hoping that I am wrong.

Sorry mate, I'm not posting that on a forum.
I would need proof that the OS is not cracked before I can help further.

Do you have a legal copy of the OS installation disk bought from a retail store?
Was the OS preinstalled on the system if you bought it new?
Was the OS installed by a third party?
Was the OS downloaded from a P2P site and used?

Sorry mate, I'll need a bit more proof. You may have been the victim of software piracy. So it's best we find out now.

Please do the following:

Start -> Control Panel -> System. (It has information on your system)Please leave it open.

Open Microsoft IE
http://www.microsoft...nuine/validate/
It may ask you to download a ActiveX control. Please allow it.
You will be taken to a specific web page.

Then take a screen so that we can see both windows (Internet explorer and System information.)

Give us a little bit to check things out so that we can make sure everything is ok. I want to help you but this needs to be verified first.
