I suggest that you print or write down the procedures below, as at certain times need to do the procedures without the use of the Internet.
Try pressing simultaneously the keys
ctrl + alt + del on your keyboard and see if the managed task appears. If appears, click
File >
New Task (Run), type
explorer.exe and press enter.
If this option does not work, no option to start in safe mode? Restart the computer, and so it appears the black screen (POST), press
F8 until you see the option. Appearing,click
start,
run, type
cmd and press enter. Type
chkdsk /r /f to acknowledge what is asked, restart the computer and let checkdisk run.
If this option is not available, return the CD to repair, choosing the "
R". In the recovery console (command prompt), type
chkdsk /r /f to acknowledge what is asked and let the computer run checkdisck. If you are wondering whether to restart the computer, do so.
