for the past 6 months i've had 2 cookies in my temporary internet files that just wont be deleted, and a few days ago i got 2 more. when i try to delete them nothing happens. plzz help :tazz:

Download CleanUp and use it
or
Goto jetico.com and download BC Wipe and then use BC Wipe to remove those stubborn cookies. Goto the site, on the left click the download section, then scroll the page down to the BC Wipe section and choose the one for your operating system.

the link for "CleanUp" didn't work, so i googled CleanUp...
is this the site?

quick question, when the pop up prompts me to "save" or "run" which do i click

Save the program and run from disk.
It is never advisable to try cleaning (parts of) IE with IE windows open.
That will certainly keep some elements occupied and unable to be removed. :tazz:
