When logged in as an administrator, Start -> Control Panel -> Users -> Change My Name

Well in xp, there is an account that is an 'administrator' account, and you can name it easily in the users area of the control panel. There is also an account called 'ADMINISTRATOR' that you can only log into in safe mode and the welcome screen must be turned off so you have to type your username and password in. That account can also be renamed, but I wouldn't recommend it. Which one are you trying to rename?
