Vanishing programs

I need help really bad!! I've got programs Vanishing out of MY RECEIVED file in My Documents. I've already sent in a HJT log. And my virus scan is coming up with nothing .
I have also Scanned with TDS-3 and it finds nothing. So what is causing this?
And I have music files missing from my real one player. It Shows an empty spot where the song use to be. Could this be that virus the record industry is backing that deletes your music files?
