New HDD - old data transfer.

Hi,

My PC crashed after a virus infection. I had to replace the HDD with a new one.
The PC is running fine now. I have xp.
What i would like to do is transfer all or most of the programs / data to the new HDD.
Could anyone please :ph34r:
