Anyone have a Cooler Master GX 750W? Need feedback

Hey guys,
I noticed my local Canada Computers had a Cooler Master GX 750W PSU on sale for $74.99
I went online and looked up some reviews, and I keep getting different reviews. Some say its good, others say its not.
My question is does anyone have this PSU, or any experience with it? Is it worth the money?

Edit** Also, the box says "Intel Form Factor ATX 12V 2.31V"
The guy says it'll still work with my AMD motherboard and processor, can anyone confirm this?
