Hello, I have two pc in my home network.
Both with Win 7. One has real vnc server free edition.
I try to connect from the other but, always rejects connections.
"rfb.authfailureexception authentication failure" is the message I get.
I have tried everything in authentication...
I have turned off Windows firewall.
I also run AVG free edition. Tried to turn it off. No changes
Any ideas why does that?

I do notbelieve that the free version of real vnc works under win7. It is only maintained with security/bug updates and issues. For real vnc you will need to use a paid version. For something free try googling for remote control software. Ultra vnc is one such free application that comes up.

You might want to try this:

Or try another VNC server like TightVNC.
