Computer Search Mac vs. PC

I'm looking for a great computer search program.

As an Art Director I use both Mac & PC daily.

The one thing I like about Mac over PC is the search function. Running a search on a Mac will return results that include Photoshop files where the only match is a layer name within the file - that's awesome.

I want to do that on my PC. I'm testing Copernic now...

Has anyone else in a similar situation found a good solution to this issue.

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
