IBM 0211 Keyboard Error

Hi, I have an older IBM PC that runs Windows XP SP2 and I recently had to move it around my room. It worked before I moved it but once I had hooked back up in the new position it gave me a 0211 keyboard error. I disconnected the key board an it still didn't work. None of the keys seem to be sticking. Someone please help!!!

For research purposes please provide the exact model name/number of the IBM.
What type of keyboard are you using PS2 wired type or USB type.
