Hi,

Recently I was informed that people were getting spam e-mail from my yahoo mail account.

I ran a virus scan on my computer using McAfee and nothing was found. I tried to check for malware by downloading the OTL from this site, but it will not download. It acts like it is downloading at first, but finishes and nothing happens.

I tried to download from the other locations, but I get a huge McAfee warning when going to the link so I have not tried to download from those links.

Also, I am not able to turn off my computer or restart it now.

Thanks for your help. Sorry I don't have any more details.

Thanks,
Tim
