I can not go to any search engine website from internet explorer.

Using internet explorer 9.
Everytime i try to go to google.com it either times out and leaves me on the site i'm on or it says internet explorer cannot display this webpage.
I have run the Diagnose connection problems and it still hasn't fixed anything.
I downloaded the OTL and attached my notepad file.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Not sure how...but 5 hours of messing with everything I could I managed to make it work.
