BSOD - DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL

Hello all, I recently built a new computer and I am getting destoyed by BSODs' they usually happen right about 30 secs after I boot the computer into windows. They say DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL. I've tried updating drivers, etc, but it crashes before I even get the chance to do anything. I am currently running memtest to check my memory and I will post the results after.

Specs:
MOBO: Asus Sabertooth Z77
CPU: Intel 3770k 3.5ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX 670
MEM: 8G G.Skill Sniper 1866
PSU: Corsair 750AX

What O/S please

preumably a 64 bit

How is the 8Gb ram made up

The intel i7 default memory, in otherwords what it will run without any changes to timings voltages etc is

Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type)32 GB
Memory TypesDDR3-1333/1600
Number of Memory Channels 2

Have you seen this for your motherboard

SABERTOOTH Z77
The following table shows the supported CPUs for this motherboard
CPU Since PCB Since BIOS Note
Core i7-3770K (3.5G,L3:8M,iGPU,4C,HT,77W,rev.E1) ALL 0801
If your motherboard BIOS version number is greater than the BIOS version listed above, 0801 then you will not need to flash your BIOS.
However, if your BIOS version is smaller than the version listed above, then you will need to select and download the latest BIOS to update your system.

I checked the memory with memtest and it came up with over 4k errors within 11 minutes, ran more tests and came up with the same results. I sent the memory back to get a replacement and I will post if that solves all the issues.
