Recently, I got BSoD. It has happened 4 times now. The first one happen when I was browsing, the other three happens when I am playing dota 2. The BSoD starts with a weird buzz sounds from my laptop (not from the speaker) but I cant identify where the buzz is coming from. Then everything starts to freeze, except for the mouse cursor which i can still move around. Then after 30s, BSoD come with the message KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR and at the bottom it says Physical memory dump failed with status 0xC0000010 (i cant read much from the BSoD because it happens too fast). After BSoD, my laptop restart and the buzzing sound still continues until when I reached bios screen, Bios wont load (it is stuck) and then the buzzing sound stop.
I have to force restart to access my laptop again. Im pretty desperate :( please help.

Additional info :
What i did recently to my laptop.
I blow the vents so the dust wont block the vents.

please help and sorry for my bad english.

click on it...then run...then next...put a tick in accept...then next..put a tick in the don't create a start menu folder..then next...put a tick in create a desktop icon..then install.. then make sure there is a tick in launch whocrashed...then finish...then click Analyze ...

if you get a message
This software requires the right version of Windows Debugging Tools for your type of computer. Because this is not normally installed and is not redistributable, we suggest you select the download option from below. Then the right package will be downloaded to a temporary folder and the required files will be extracted from the package automatically. You only need to do this once
click on download then try running it again

Thanks for the reply. :)
I got some more information for the bsod :)
Yesterday, the bsod happen for the fifth time and this time my game didnt freeze directly,
It starts with buzzing (might be from speaker or hard disk), and game start to mute. First the background song stop, then the sound effect, and then bsod. I still can play normally during the muting phase.

So i conclude that it might be hard disk problem or sound problem.

When i ejected disc from my ps2 while it is running the game, usually i still can play the game for a while without the sound before the crash. Thats what maybe happening to my hard disk, it stops responding. But if my hard disk is faulty, i shouldnt be able to even boot windows right ?

Also i found that i had 2 sound drivers, the drivers might be crashin each other. I had disabled one of them and i played 3 match of dota without bsod. But im still not sure, if it were really the problem, where the buzzing come from ? And why it only crash when im playing dota ?

As for the software, ill try it once i can use my laptop again:) thanks

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Crash dumps are enabled but no valid crash dumps have been found. It may be that there are problems which prevent crash dumps from being written out. Check out the following article for possible causes: If crash dumps are not written out.

In case your computer does experience sudden reboots it is likely these are caused by malfunctioning hardware, power failure or a thermal issue. To troubleshoot a thermal issue, check the temperature using your BIOS setup program, check for dust in CPU and motherboard fans and if your computer is portable make sure it's located on a hard surface. Otherwise it's suggested you contact the support department of the manufacturer of your system or test your system with a memory test utility for further investigation.

Check out the following articles for more information: Troubleshooting sudden resets and shut downs.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Please download VEW the Event Viewer Tool by Vino Rosso from here and save it to your Desktop...
Double-click VEW.exe
Under 'Select log to query...put ticks in both application and system
Under 'Select type to list... select both error and critical
Click the radio button for 'Number of events...Type 5 in the 1 to 20 box
Then click the Run button.

Notepad will open with the output log.

Please post the Output log in your next reply

I tried and it says, VEW has not been coded for your language (indonesian).
I checked manually via event viewer it says the error is
Level : Critical
Source : Kernel-Power
Event ID : 41
Task Category (63)

Also just now i got my 6th BSoD, so the source is not crashing sound drivers.
Thanks for the reply :)
