i have a problem watching any video in the net either live or delayed videos when i open the video this message appears (an error occured.please try again later ) and i have all programs up to date flash player,divex,and java

Try system restore, this will take your computer to the time when you were not having this issue.

if the problem still persist try opening the file while using a proxy service
