Hey all to the amazing people that helps everyone,

I have a dvd problem,

first, When i open up my "computer" and I click on the dvd drive and it loads up on a green bar on the top that shows the progress, which takes like 3-5 min.

If I'm lucky it doesn't " not respond " before i can open up the menu. Then when I can open up the dvd drive as I try to move folders on the dvd it all ways crashes " not responding and stops

I have no clue why this is happening. If you have some spare time hopefully you can check this out.

thank you so much!

A,

what other programs do you have running when you try coping folders off the cd...
try closing everything first then try copying a single folder by right clicking on the folder then select copy then paste it wherever you want it to go to

If you do not find out the problem then try reconnecting your CD/DVD sata and power cable. And rebuild your ram on the slot.
