L.A NOIRE error AD9A: Failed to create d3d resource.

Hello geeks to go! :)
Yesterday I bought the game L.A NOIRE for the PC and there seems to be an error already. When I boot up the game it closes itself down and a message pops up saying error AD9A: Failed to create d3d resource.

And Sometimes a different error pops up as well. (file attached)

Can someone please help me out. :P

try updating direct x

the error is related to out of date direct x components.
