Extensions in Chrome for my Dad

My father is 67 years old and uses chrome on a regular basis to read his stories. Are there any extensions or scripts that anyone here could recommend he use to make his browsing easier. Readablity seems to be going through some issues so it would be nice to know if there is something else out there. I googled and searched for an article on seniors and extensions and found nothing. As always, thanks in advance.
