I do not often use Windows Mail preferring my other e-mail accounts.However,recently by mistake or otherwise when I have gone into Windows Mail I get distorted and highly technicolour lettering,headings and icons.The only way to get rid of the page in this state is to shut down completely.Any ideas please.Thanks.Ken Walter.

Ken, can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing please?
How to Use the Snipping Tool in Vista - Vista Forums (says it's for Vista but also works with Win 7).
Use the paperclip icon above the text input area to upload the image. When that's done, close that window then click on the paper clip again and select the uploaded image. It will be placed in your post. Click the Preview button to see it.
