The first thing to note is that your PSU (power supply unit) is not powerful enough for your video card, see system requirements @ http://www.amd.com/u...overview.aspx#3
If your MB has an onboard video chip I suggest that you remove the HD 6570 and use the onboard chip until you get a suitable PSU, do not continue using the computer as it is as you are not only depriving the video card of the power it needs you are doing the same to all other hardware that requires a power supply, they may not fail straight away but their life expectancy will certainly be diminished.
Please provide a complete list of your hardware so that we can suggest a PSU for you, list the CPU, amount of Ram, number of HDDs (hard drives) number of DVD/CD drives/writers and we will do the rest.
