Facebook have removed the "Appl. Profile Page" from Feb/12. But you can add the app to a page by using this URL

Simply replace “YOUR_APP_ID” with your App ID and “YOUR_URL” with your App’s Canvas URL
After substituting the values, i managed to assign the Appn, to a page, BUT it's NOT showing on the page ?! Am i missing something ?!
It's a valid appn. that works.
