Ok I had to replace my old CMOS battery with a new one and when I booted it back up I go out into the Bios setup but the keyboard wont work for me. Its a wireless keyboad and mouse, and I dont have a wiredone laying around anymore. Please help me

You need to borrow a wired keyboard, no other way to navigate in BIOS Setup, sorry.

I agree with Ztruckers assessment because the bios has been reset to default which will not allow for identification of anything other then a wired keyboard. To further add I would also bet it would need to be a PS2 and not USB to register correctly.
