All these sounds logic. Machine is old so you have to be careful with opening too many applications at once. Nowadays browsers are heavy on resources and will be more and more.
Latest version of Adobe Flash is buggy and crashes frequently. It's a known issue.

This is false positive.
Anyway I don't know how are you able to encode video files with so low space on hard disk drive.
