ok, so im seeking commands for notepad on windows 7 (im sure that part is not relevant) to make a game where you input information, attack, defense... stuff like that, and a command for percentage... like a special effect that makes the attack a 50% land or what not... message me if there is any more information you may need. thank you all who reply.

With all due respect, it's not going to happen in Notepad.

What you really want is a programming language, and to learn these to do anything significant is not something that can be done in one night, it takes a long time to master it.
