Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if it is provide the model name or series number (not serial) can you also tell us what difficulties you are having such as no display or poor graphics etc, providing these details will enable others to better assist you.

Once we have the above information we can suggest as to how you should proceed with the fitting and installing of the new video card.
