This is an amateur Gaming PC build Please comment if anything is un-needed or not good enough.

I will be using Windows 7 Professional and norton the main reason for this computer will be for Multi-Media purpose's and high Intensity Gaming i hope to run Games such as BF3 and Call Of Duty at high graphics without strainging the system im still thinking about overclocking so i also want to know if i would be able to overclock to a bit below max and keep it stable i was wondering what the tempretures would be? thanks for any help guy! :)
Also the budget is round about what that ^ is worth if i have to spend more not over an extra £100

Looks pretty good! Just confirm where you are getting everything from, you've used a mix of US and UK websites.
