Hey, I'm new here, and I have a problem. My Toshiba Satellite Pro came with netintelligence, which is frustrating to remove. I deleted all the files from my hard drive, and now after I log on, the computer restarts. I stupidly never made a system restore point, so I'm screwed as I need it for revision. I am posting from my Android, and I have no other computers. Any help?
I need pretty much everything on my hard drive.

Hi Posted ImageMasterleaf

What operating System is installed on the Laptop?

Have you tried to boot the computer to the Advanced Boot Options Menu, you can do that by restarting the computer and holding the F8 Key down, if successful you will be presented with a black screen with white letters and options, like repair your computer, last know good configuration, and more.

Let us know if you can get that far..

Yeah, tried everything.
I'm pretty sure I deleted a system-critical DLL by accident.

Hi,

What exactly did you delete and how did you go about it?

What operating System is this?

You might consider this for possible file recovery, You will need to use another computer for this exercise.

I deleted all the Netintelligence files by ending the associated processes and deleting them. I am using Windows 7, and I have access to another computer, so I shall see if it works with the Linux Live CD.

My advice as re guards retrieval of your doc etc from hardrive would be to purchase a cheap H/D docking station and retrieve via another comp £8 should get you a Dock 2.5 & 3.5 all in. Also as far as Netintelligence is concerned (WIN 7 for sure) just add another user Admin account and use that. End of problem. Tried and tested today.
