My wife has used MSN Explorer for her e-mail for years. All of her e-mail and favorites are there. For the longest time she has used an older version of MSN Explorer that did not require a paid MSN account. I have recently had to wipe her hard drive and reload XP. Everything is fine except now I can't get MSN Explorer to work. It keeps telling me that the version I am trying to use is no longer supported. Oddly enough it will still let me get to MSN through Explorer and I can obviously get to her e-mail through Hotmail. The problem is that even when MSN Explorer and her e-mail appears to be working, I cannot get her favorites to come up. For some reason it tells me that her account is inactive. Now I don't think she would have a problem using another way to get to her MSN e-mail. But she absolutely has to have her favorites back. Those are stored on MSN's servers, are they not? If I give in and pay for an MSN account that I don't need, will I be able to use the latest version of MSN Explorer and get her favorites back? What do I need to do here?
