I just received a blue screen error: STOP: 0x0000000A
Running XP SP3
I think i have narrowed it down to a logitech webcam i recently installed.
I can startup and i have been able to uninstall other recently added software but everytime i try to uninstall this logitech webcam software it starts to then I get another blue screen.
I tried starting in safemode to uninstall but it wont let me. I also tried dowloading SafeMSI.exe but it still wouldn't unistall in Safemode.
Any suggestions?
I have a big job due today and can't do anything until I get this resolved.

Download and install Revo Uninstaller

• Double click the Revo Uninstaller icon on your desktop to start the program
  
• Scroll through the listed programs and Right Click on the program you wish to uninstall
  
• From the pop out menu choose Uninstall
  
• Click Yes to the confirmation dialogue
  
• In the next window select the Advanced mode
  
• Click Next to start uninstalling the program
  
• Answer Yes to confirm the uninstall
  
• When the program has completed the four steps, click Next to allow the program to search for leftovers
  
• Once complete, click Next, then Finish
  
• Repeat the above steps for any other programs you wish to remove.

do i do this in safe mode or regular mode?

Should not matter as long as the program for the camera comes up in the list.

ok. i will try it. By the way... my computer has been working ok for a while now without getting the blue screen. So I hesitate to try uninstalling until I get my work done for the day. Any thoughts?

It found some leftover registry items but not sure which to select to delete?

yes. I have attached a jpg of the dialogue box...

Also, I canceled out of it because I wasn't sure what to do. Now the program still shows up on REVO as a program but if i hit uninstall now the logitech uninstall dialgue box just flahes and revo goes right to the spot where I can scan for leftover items. Is this normal?

I thought I should clarify: the logitech uninstall screen just flashes on for a split second then disappears. - Then Revo scans for leftover items

Yep it is finding anything that has to do with the logitech. You should be safe getting rid of any of it now.

if you look at the jpg that I attached earlier, do I select all and then delete?

Click on the top one that says Logitech and this should mark everything related to it.
