Hi , When i press CTRL + ALT + DELETE It brings up task manager , I click on processes and i dont know what all of them are is there a website to tell me?

You can type the full process name in google and see the pages that come up about it, most are reliable sources. Also you can search the process at this site to see what they belong to or if they are necessary.
