Have an issue with a computer in the house. It is getting a BSD with stop codes 0x0000007b 0xf789e528 0xc0000034. It gets this in both safe mode and standard start up. I read the begining of how to deal with malware but can not get on the system to run OTL. How can I proceed to determine what the issue is. I am pretty sure this is a virus as the person using the computer clicked on something in facebook and it was down hill from there. Any help would be greatly helpful. Thanks
