Hi, my Windows XP won't start in any of the Safe Modes. What can i do?

when you can't even boot into safe mode you will have to repair xp...guide is here...

my Windows XP can not start in the Safe Modes.
any kind of XP file will be missing.
if that's right then......
What can i do?
