What are your network devices? Modem with routing functionality or you have modem and router as discrete devices? Please provide me with brand and model of all your network devices.

How to do this:

In browser's address bar type: 192.168.1.1 and press ENTER.

Yes, but when you go under wireless settings (which is where I went) there are various options.

I don't need these settings. I only want you to check and write down in your next reply router's DNS settings.

So please click on My Network icon in the main screen.
Then click on Network Connections on the left side.
On Network Connections screen click on Network (Home/Office).
Network (Home/Office) Properties screen should appear.
Now click on Settings at the bottom of the screen.
If you scroll little down you should see DNS Server and then Primary DNS Server and Secondary DNS server.
Please write down these two addresses of primary and secondary DNS servers and post them in your next reply.
