In Avast getting message every 30 seconds help

In Avast, I'm getting a message every 30 seconds that say Malicious URL Blocked. I know I have a virus, but I haven't been able to clean the virus...please help!!

I tried downloadin OTL, but my computer doesn't recognize the program...help
