Can someone help me with trying to fix this computer? It says it has no sound device (don't know how to get one, two OS and one is password protected, when ever I turn the computer off it loses connection to the internet and I have to reset my modem every time to get it back up, everything keeps saving on the wrong local disk by default, everything seems outdated in the hardware department, and last but not least I can't move files from the disk that has no space to the one that has space. Also when ever I try to play a video, it stops (doesn't even pause it just stops but keeps loading)and I have to keep moving the bar to watch the soundless video. Please help because I need this computer to find proper help for finding a charger for my netbook. Thanks in advance!
Side note: You don't have to know everything that would be wrong but if you know what might help I'm all ears!

Push and hold the Windows key on keyboard. This is the one with the Microsft windows logo on it.
While holding Win key down click on the Pause\Break key

This should open the System properties window
On this window it will show

System info:

Microsoft Windows: type and version
Service Pack number

Registered Name
Register Number

Computer:
CPU type
Memory
I need all the above info in your next reply Except for Register name and number.
This is private and we don't need to know this information

Go to Start then to Run
Type in compmgmt.msc and click Enter
On left side click on Disk Management
On right side you will see you hard drive.
Male sure the window is open all the way on the top right so I can see all the info it has.
Now I need you to take a screenshot and attach it to your next reply. Do the following to take a screenshot while the above is open and showing on your desktop.

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop
Make sure the window is open all the way so I can see everything on the top right window.

Attach it to your next reply

Well I see part of the issue right off. Your motherboard chipset is not installed which allows the motherboard to identify and use the onboard peripherals of the motherboard.
You also need to update to SP3 for security reasons.
First lets work on the drivers.
HERE are the basic drivers for your system. I am still looking for the smbus driver or motherboard chipset driver.

The files seem to be in zip format so you will have to unzip them using winzip or 7zip. I suggest unzipping them to a folder on your desktop so they will be easy to find.

You can explore the contents of the file but you have to have one of the programs I mentioned before to actually extract the files within it or unzip the main folder as you have described.
7zip can be found HERE. I have included the instructions pictures on how to unzip a folder below. Hopefully they will show up in order.

Oh so you wanted me to click "extract all here" because I just clicked "extract files" like it said in the screenshots.
