Avast has been popping up almost nonstop, informing me of virus blocks by an infection called URL:MAL. I have tried a few different virus scans on malwarebytes, AVG, and Avast. I have also used a program called Combofix, that seemed to work for a day or so and the same issues returned, I have run out of ideas can anyone offer some help?

I was sent here by Essexboy, who on his information post on the Avast Forum suggested to download OTL and run the scan and submit the 2 logs so here they are.

Also this is the log from aswMBR

i dont know if any of this is what is needed....im extremely lost right now this is driving me insane, it is slowing my computer down so much and im a gamer. it is severely decreasing my framerate and that makes me sad haha
