You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Applicaion Data\Pribi\ <- Folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools\ <- Folder
C:\Program Files\SEP\ <- Folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Courtney\Local Settings\Temp\4oUn9.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\ <- Folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\slmss\ <- Folder
C:\WINDOWS\mwsvm.exe
C:\Program Files\Save\ <- Folder
C:\Program Files\VBouncer\ <- Folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ms.exe
C:\Winnt\System32\wdm.dll

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
