As ComboFix is having difficulty uninstalling itself, download and run the ComboFix standalone uninstaller here.

Hi,

I ran the uninstaller and it seemed to work fine except it left the ComboFix NSIS Installer icon on the desktop and after a file search one ComboFix log file came up.

Should I manually delete these two files?

I deleted the last two ComboFix files.

Is there anything else I need to do?

There's nothing else to do now as long as your computer is running smoothly and you have took on board some of the suggestions to make your computer more secure.
