Hello

On my windows server 2008 machine, Internet explorer and firefox are not laucnhiung, the process is running when I check the task manager.
Last week it happened and I started the Application experience service and it was working. After the next restart- 5 -6 days later the same thing happened and i started the service again.

This time when the server restarted it got stuck at " do not shut down , windows is updating" and after 5 hrs or so when the computer staretd I experienced the same problem , this time too i started the service but in vain!

Please help!!
