Your list of components needs to be revised I`m afraid as the parts are not all compatible and there is a massive imbalance between the cost of your video card which is $489 and the 1200W PSU which is $44.

It is vital that before purchasing a CPU and the Ram that you check the MBs QVL (qualified vendors list) to ensure that each are compatible, see memory and CPU support tabs @ http://www.gigabyte.....aspx?pid=3423# note that the FX-6200 CPU is not listed and the same with your proposed Ram.

Are you aware that by using anything other than the heatsink (HS) and cooling fan supplied with your CPU will invalidate your warranty, AMD are clear on this;

This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the AMD microprocessor which is the subject of this Limited Warranty is used with any heatsink/fan other than the one provided herewith.

We know you are wanting a gaming rig and if you let us know your maximum budget we will put you a list of compatible parts together to consider.

Do you have an OS disk such as Windows 7 64-bit?
If not allow around $100 on top of the final cost.
