Intel pcic compatible pcmicia has a driver problem

I think this is due to a webcam issue. Whenever I open the device manager it says"the best driver software for your device is already installed".
But I can't hook up my webcam or anything else for that matter. I have an Acer Aspire 5532, AMD athlon TM Processor T-20. Ram 3 GB (2.75 usable)
64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM
Could please anyone HELP as it is driving me NUTS
