I suppose the next step will be to get a exterior enclosure.
Once I get it if I still need help I'll post........

Not sure what the burning was but I don't want to take a chance with it.
Smell like rubber or wire burning.
I checked the power cord and it worked fine.

I did get an exterior enclosure for the hard drive.
The exterior enclosure does have a USB cable and power cord.
I checked with the company and I need to use them both.
Want to remove the hard drive from the burnt pc to get some info off it.

I want to strip what I can from it, like DVD Drive, crucial scan memory, power cord, etc. etc.


Other wise I do want to thank all who helped me on this..........
