internet explorer closing down

Every now and then, more often then not, my screen freezes and I read intnet explorer has to close down, windows is looking at the prob
lem for a solution, then it comes back on again with restore session. What is going on, and how do I fix it. I have an HP pavilioen P 6120a desktop and a Asus monitor operating Vista home premium sp2

I'm not an IE expert but it is the buggiest browser out there.
If I may suggest a cool new browser then I'd say you should try torch.
it's chrome-based. really simple and cool and very intuitive!

try some tuneup utilities it will helps you lot or virus crash the IE...check for virus.....then tell your IE version...
