I'm not an IE expert but it is the buggiest browser out there.
If I may suggest a cool new browser then I'd say you should try torch.
it's chrome-based. really simple and cool and very intuitive!

try some tuneup utilities it will helps you lot or virus crash the IE...check for virus.....then tell your IE version...
