Everytime I turn on or reboot the computer I get this message:

Error Loading D0CE0C16B1
The specified module cannot be found.

It could be DOCEOC16B1...I couldn't tell the difference between O and 0.

I've followed the instructed steps before posting, downloaded and ran the programs, which got rid of a bunch of malware. But this problem still keeps appearing.

This started when I found some malware programs with a spyware scanner and deleted them through that.
