Burning up PSU's

Thank you for updating us with the final resolution to the issue.

I however did the Bench test and it failed miserably.

I have just one question on this. Did you use a known good working PSU or the existing PSU?

Yes I used a 450w from another pc I have here and even tested it before and after and it would not fire up.
