Hi. I have an Acer Aspire One 722-0473 netbook. I'm considering upgrading my hard drive in it, but want to know if it can support SATA III (6Gb/s) or if it only supports up to SATA II (3Gb/s). No point in wasting money on a SATA III drive if it doesn't support it. I've looked everywhere and cannot find detailed specifications about whether it supports it or not... Acer's website only says "5400 SATA". Maybe someone else knows where to find this information.

Thank you!

Hi ComputerKid

A goggle search for a replacement HDD for your netbook lists the HDD as the SATA 11 type and so is only capable of 3.0Gb/s link to HDD http://www.sparepart...KH32008024.aspx
