Hi Guys,
Every time I log onto the internet via net zero and dial-up, I lose the connection the first time and get the error message error code: 20. After a few tries the connection will be successful, but when I try to check e-mail through outlook express, I lose connection and get the same error message again. I have done all of the malware/spyware recommendations and still have this problem.

Thanks in advance for your help! :tazz:

-New addition for outlook express is as follows: The host 'pop.netzero.net' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'djhcrossbow', Server: 'pop.netzero.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Yes, I did, but I went back and double checked to make sure everything was correct. It was correct, although my connection being lost is not always caused by checking e-mail, sometimes it just happens.

I went through Net Zero's link, and the problem seems to have lessened. Thanks for your help Keith. :tazz:
