How To Retrieve A Deleted Text?

I accidently deleted a text before reading it ( I know I know...lol). How can I retrieve it from my Samsung Admire?

If you didn't have a phone backup that was run after receiving the text and before deleting it, I'm afraid it is most likely gone altogether. I would try asking the sender to send it again.
